DataVault, Inc.'s newest service, our document imaging JobVault, offers job search and placement services to our clients. We collect resumes from individuals within the United States whom are seeking jobs in the document imaging field.

As a company that provides training in document imaging technologies, we receive calls from employers and hiring agencies looking for recommendations of imaging professionals seeking job opportunities. We saw the need for this type of service among our clients and, therefore, we created the DataVault JobVault.

Employers posting job opportunities in the DM/DI (document management/document imaging) field should fill out this form or call 1 (877) 798-3282. Please provide as much information as possible on the form and once you submit the form, please email the job description to job-bank.

The temporary fee for this service is only 20% of the annual salary for the position filled or $1,000 minimum. This includes a search of our database of resumes for any matches to your job description. We then take any resumes that match, contact the individual and give them the job description. If they are interested in the position, we then submit the resume/s for your review.

Since we receive resumes on a daily basis, we will continuously search for matches until you inform us the position is filled.

Tip: The best chance of finding an individual for your open position using our JobVault service is if you offer job relocation assistance. Our resumes come from all over the country and most people are willing to relocate for the right job, many at their own expense, but please consider this when using our service.
