We understand DM/DI (document management and document imaging) technologies

For over twenty four years, Mr. Byron Aulick, our CDIA+ author and instructor, has been involved with all aspects of DM/DI, from design, implementation, installation, support, and maintenance, to training on all types of imaging systems. Since 1993 DataVault has provided imaging solutions to corporate and governmental agencies throughout the United States. Our focus is to provide companies with the very latest training on current DM/DI technology; therefore, we are dedicated to keeping our training course as up-to-date as possible.

As well as teaching DM/DI, in 1996, DataVault opened a service bureau for clients to use as an outsourcing opportunity for their back-files. This has provided yet another venue for our instructors to gain current information from a live, real-world, operating imaging service bureau.

This experience has given us the influence that now makes us known throughout the imaging industry as the expert of choice.

We also have established long-term professional partnerships with other imaging vendors that compliment our services and provide us with a rich resource in which to pull from.
